The 2010 Point Lookout Soccer Academy

July 19 - July 23, 2010

Soccer Mini-Camp (for ages 6-7)
8am - 9am daily, $40 for week

Soccer Academy (for ages 8-13)
9am - noon daily, $75 for week

Children between the ages of 6 and 13 years old are invited to learn dribbling, passing, and shooting on the world-class turf field at Point Lookout in Northport, ME. The Point Lookout Soccer Academy offers techincal and tactical training, as well as a chance for children to enjoy small games every day. Participants should bring shin guards, soccer shoes, and a soccer ball, as well as non-marking shoes for indoor play in case of inclement weather. Participants should also bring sunscreen, a water bottle, and snack each day.

SilverSneakers® Muscle Strength & Range of Motion Class

Fitness Center • 207-789-2011 • 10:30am-11:30am

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activities for daily living. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers ball are provided for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

Participants are encouraged to bring a water bottle and a desire to have fun while getting fit! This class is free for all cabin guests and Fitness Center members.
